Kids Kouch plans to conduct weekend events on a bi-weekly basis. Events will include themes like Storytelling, Puppet show, Fun with Maths, English time, Origami, Beads craft, About our world, Green earth, Save our planet etc.
Members of the book or toy library will be able to participate in all the events free of charge. Non-members/Guests will be charged Rs 100 per day for the day of the event. Some of these events may require special materials which need to be purchased by the participants.
InBloom Montessori and Day Care’s field trip to Kids Kouch - 15th July 2009
InBloom Montessori and Day Care had a fun day at Kids Kouch on 15th July. It was a planned event and the little kids had come to get a feel of what a library is. The kids had fun playing in the play area and managed to do a little work of art in our coloring corner. They took some time to feed their little brains at the book library before they fed themselves. They left with an exhilarating memorable experience with great stories to tell back home.
Introduction to Creative Dance, drawing, coloring and lots of fun - 1st August 2009
Kids Kouch will be hosting a day filled with fun and excitement on Saturday1st Aug, 2009. The day’s agenda includes
- Introduction to Creative Dance
- Drawing and Coloring
- Tattooing for kids
All 3 activities will be conducted by professionals in respective fields. We will also be taking enrolments for the Creative Dance classes. The classes will commence from the week starting 10th Aug with one class per week. All details will be available on the day of the event. Kids interested to be part of the drawing and coloring activity will need to bring a pack of Oil Pastels, some sheets of white paper with a writing board or a drawing book. The Oil Pastels recommended by the teacher are tigu – Hexa oil pastels from Stic.

Kids Kouch plans to conduct regular classes for various activities at its premises. These activities will be conducted by professionals. The selection of activities will depend on the requests from our members and availability of professionals. We plan to conduct activities for adults also. Please drop your requests for activities at our center and we will try our best to arrange for them. Currently we are considering classes for Keyboard, Dance, Yoga, Foreign Languages (French) and Art and Drawing.
The fees for the activities will be charged separately. These classes are open for both members and non-members.
