Madhuresha D S Co-Founder and CEO Madhuresha has got 17+ years of rich experience in procurement, operations, deliveries and marketing. Madhuresha holds an Electrical Engineering degree. Prior to founding Grihasoft in 2003 he held various positions under different management cultures and has driven the success of both large companies and start ups. His career spans across various domains- starting as the first employee of a US multinational in India setting up procurement operations for the company, he moved to ITES segment in late 90's and held the positions of Manager-deliveries, moving on to sales and marketing and rose to become Vice president. At Grihasoft, apart from providing overall leadership to other functions, he also looks after sales and marketing.

Nagaraj H C Co-Founder and Executive VP Nagaraj co-founded Grihasoft and has been instrumental in its growth since inception. A graduate of Commerce by qualification, Nagaraj has been associated with Human resources and administration from past 18 years. He brings with him rich experience of having held positions in HR and Administrative functions in Manufacturing and ITES segments. Nagaraj has been focusing on tuning company's HR policies, strategies and administration to meet the demands and challenges of Grihasoft's fast growth.

Krishna A N CTO Krishna is a founder member of Grihasoft. He was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2003 and his primary focus is to provide overall technology leadership and to spearhead the promotion of company's services with its prospects and partners. He brings on over 9 years of hands-on experience in technical and managerial disciplines of IT / ITES industry. Prior to being appointed as CTO, Krishna held a number of roles in data digitization and content management companies and has been a close witness of evolution in product content management technology and services over the past decade. His areas of expertise include content technology, content standards, content publishing, catalog management softwares, EAM/CMMS applications, product analysis and development and user interface design. He has a background of ISO 9000 implementation and is an active member of various technical and standardization bodies like UNSPSC, ECCMA and SAP SDN. He holds a bachelor degree in Electronics from Bangalore University

Narasimha Rao VP-Operations Narasimha is a founder member of Grihasoft. He is responsible for the Operations management and deliveries. Narasimha brings to this role a rich experience of over 11 years across a broad range of roles in IT / ITES industry. Narasimha spent the early part of his career as analyst in CAD/Mapping and GIS software in India and Middle-east. He was subsequently appointed as Operations manager in an ITES firm looking after a team of more than 150 engineers. He is from the Electrical Engineering background. In addition to overseeing Grihasoft delivery functions, Narasimha also has responsibility of account management and client relationship management.
