Currently, he is the Managing Director of Cyrca, an information security consulting organization. Before joining Cyrca, he was Chief Technology Officer, Wipro Health

Science, where he played a key role in setting up the healthcare IT services business. Before that, he held senior positions at GE Medical Systems and HP India software Operations. As a Vice President of software development at GE Medical, Vijay managed the development and launch of a number of clinical applications. He was also in charge of the company’s software six sigma initiatives.
